At Global Infrastructure we pride ourselves on having a highly skilled, trained and talented workforce. We also demand the same high standards from our sub-contractors and supply chain. To maintain these excellent standards we have recently introduced a series of competency initiatives.
Our personnel contribute to our continued success through actively participating in performance appraisals. These regular appraisals use key competency indicators to demonstrate that our people are able to perform their assigned activities with minimal risk to their health and safety, or that of others, who may be affected by their actions.
